Sales and Return Policy – Barrow Store – Kuwait
- All products displayed on our website are 100% brand new and
carefully inspected before shipping. - Prices do not include delivery fees within Kuwait, which are
determined based on the area and delivery location before completing the
order. - Orders are confirmed after completing the payment process, and the
customer will receive a confirmation message via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. - The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any
reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or product detail
inaccuracies. - All displayed items are ready-to-wear; tailoring or custom sizing is
not available. - No alterations or repair services are provided.
- Delivery within Kuwait is completed within 1–3 business days
from the order completion date for available products, and up to 3
weeks for unavailable products on backorder. - Delivery fees are fixed or free depending on active promotions.
- In case of delays beyond our control, the customer will be notified
directly.
⏱ Timeframe:
- Returns or exchanges can be requested at the time of delivery
while the delivery driver is present. Delivery fees will apply.
✅ Conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
with packaging and tags intact. - Returns or exchanges are not accepted for discounted or
promotional items. - Accessories and undergarments cannot be returned for hygiene
reasons.
💸 Refund Process:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- The product will be exchanged within 3 business
days, or - The refund will be processed to the original payment
method or as store credit within 7 business days.
- If a damaged or incorrect product is received, please contact us
within 12 hours of receipt.
- The store reserves the right to modify this policy at any time
